You probably don’t watch nor care to watch Michigan high school football (well unless you are from Michigan). But we wanted to relive maybe the most entertaining report for high school football we have ever witnessed by Fox 2’s Charlie Langton. It was a report from 2014 about a title game between Warren De La Salle and Muskegon Mona shores. It should entertain you, and it’s perfect.
Here are some of the key highlights to take away.
-The Warren De La Salle player doing his best promo, with his teammate lurking in the background.
-“Warren De La Salle Grandma” Sue Barikla talking about tailgating a high school football game. And her beads.
-The reporter asking one of the Warren De La Salle players what he thinks of Muskegon Mona Shores criticizing their offense, and the player yelling, “We have a good offense,” as the rest of the team cheers.
-Warren De La Salle’s #39, who thinks he has his swagger back.
One of the best reports of all time.
What a journey. Warren De La Salle beat Muskegon Mona Shores 44-8 for the Division 2 championship.
