Well we are here folks. Now who remembers eating Lucky Charms as a kid in the morning on Saturdays? I bet a bunch of you do. Well now, who needs cereal? Let’s just get drunk with a Lucky Charms flavored beer on mornings especially with March Madness right around the corner. A perfect breakfast replacement.
Perfect for starting off your weekend mornings on the right foot. According to the USA Today:
Virginia brewery says its new beer is “magically ridiculous.” Smartmouth Brewing Company will release “Saturday Morning,” a limited-edition IPA with marshmallows, at noon Saturday at its Norfolk tasting room.
The 6.6 percent ABV beer is “brewed with in-house toasted marshmallows and bulk dehydrated-marshmallow-bits,” said Chris Neikirk, brewery spokesperson, in a statement to USA TODAY. “It has been hopped and dry-hopped with Galaxy and Calypso hops.”
The beer will be available on draft or in cans and distributed throughout Virginia to limited restaurants, bars and specialty bottle shops, Neikirk said. Smartmouth is unable to ship beer.
Not sure if it’s going be great or not but we sure do want to try. As you read above it’ll only be available in Virginia and made by Smartmouth Brewery which from our offices in Seattle is 2,950 miles away. If anyone in Virgina wants to send us a case to try. Email us at Hello@SONTLive.com and cheers to that!
