Gilbert is now 31 years old and has dealt with a ton of injury issues throughout th last 2 season, yet this will still be an upgrade for the Cardinals.
The Cards have continued to load up on veterans before free agency, adding cornerback Robert Alford, tight end Charles Clay, and defensive end Brooks Reed already.
Whoever the QB of the Cardinals is going to be, they will appreciate more lineman to rely on.
