Michael Jordan. Arguably, the greatest player to ever play the game of basketball. The most influential basketball player of all time with his Jordan Brand sneakers; to say he is a legend, would be the world’s biggest understatement. Jordan was athletic, Jordan was competitive, and Jordan was fun to watch.
He won rookie of the year in 1984 and then followed that up with 14 All-Star selections, five MVP awards, and 6 NBA Championships (6 NBA Finals MVPs). He led the Bulls to separate three-peats. During his tenure in Chicago, Jordan averaged 31.5 points per game, and averaged 33.4 points per game in the playoffs.
Jordan will long be remembered not only for his game on the court, but his amazing impact off the court with regards to sneaker, and hip hop culture.
