Giants Draft Bust Ereck Flowers Gets Chance With Washington Redskins

The former first-round draft bust made a trip to the Redskins on Sunday night, according to ESPN.com, where he could possibly reunite with a fellow member from the Giants’ 2015 draft class. Landon Collins recently agreed to a six-year, $84 million deal with $45 million guaranteed over the first three years. Flowers won’t quite be getting that much wherever he signs.

The $4 million isn’t too hefty of deal, but Flowers should be thankful for another opportunity in the NFL. Flowers was waived by the Giants in early October before the disappointing left tackle landed in Jacksonville. Flowers later called the Jaguars a “better fit.”
