NBA official free agency does not begin until Sunday. But that hasn’t stopped the rumor mills and the mayhem from beginning a bit early. It’s reaching a fever pitch. Yesterday, we had reports that Kawhi is seriously considering The Los Angeles Lakers and teaming up with AD and LeBron. And now we have reports that Kawhi Leonard and Kevin frickin Durant want to join forces! And well, Knick fans might be getting excited.
(ESPN) – Free-agent stars Kevin Durant and Kawhi Leonard have been discussing scenarios that could include a future with them playing together, league sources told ESPN.
For now, there are two clear possibilities for the two All-NBA forwards to sign into the same franchise — the LA Clippers and New York Knicks.
Durant and Leonard are planning to talk with each of those teams once free agency opens Sunday at 6 p.m. ET, league sources said.

Well, couple of things here. I’m rooting for The New York Knicks to land both of these guys and get Madison Square Garden back to where it belongs. But, there’s also The Clippers. And how mad would LeBron be if while he’s trying to set up a super team with The Lakers that The Clippers set up an even better super team? Ah the possibilities. Let the madness begin.
