The Giants might be able to check two important boxes with one familiar face.
Jason Garrett spent Wednesday afternoon interviewing to be offensive coordinator under head coach Joe Judge at Giants headquarters, a source told The Post. NFL Network was the first to report the news.
The Cowboys opted not to retain Garrett after 10 seasons as head coach, but he was under contract through Tuesday because he was not fired.

Just wow. But for all the fans who think that Jason Garrett might not be a good hire for The Giants let’s take a look at The Cowboys offense this last season under Garrett; they averaged 27.1 PPG which was good for 6th best in The NFL. So in reality, Jason Garrett you might not like him as the head guy but he can coach The Offense a bit. The irony is where it’s funny though, because for the amount of hate Garrett took as The Cowboys head coach it does feel somewhat funny that one of the teams biggest rivals would be ready to come in and scoop him up right away.
