The Raiders have made their way into headlines all offseason… For mostly drama, and negative reasons. Antonio Brown was the voice of the NFL world, and they final got rid of him. After they did, they came out and won their first game against Denver, and then this happened:

Raiders Rookie Safety Johnathan Abram tore his Rotator cuff and Labrum in the first quarter of last night’s game. He will have surgery this week…likely ending his season, per source.

Abram was one of a trio of players the Raiders selected in the first round of the 2019 NFL draft. He, Jacobs and former Clemson defensive end Clelin Ferrell were expected to have a major impact this season. ESPN’s Josina Anderson reported Abram will seek a second opinion on the injury.
