Michael Bennett who has been outspoken in the past according NESN said the following:

“I think it’s important not to to run away from those conversations, or not hear their ideas about why they think the way they do,” Bennett said Monday during an appearance at Princeton University’s Richardson Auditorium, via ESPN’s William C. Rhoden.

“I think it’s an opportunity for growth to have those conversations. If we don’t allow ourselves to have those conversations, we’re stunting our growth.”

It’s going to be interesting to see how a tight lipped organization like the New England Patriots are going to handle some controversy.

Michael Bennett also added:

“I explained to them is that my integrity mean everything,” Bennett said, per ESPN. “I think they respect that about me, they respect who I am as an individual.”

Bill Belichick and Donald Trump both been linked to Trump in one way or another. And New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft has also been linked to President Trump as a friend.
